Herbal liqueur
Infused with absinthe

Originally produced during World War II by Gaetano Inga to show hospitality to the German Officers who had commandeered the Inga family residence in a herbal liqueur which reminded the offi cers of their homeland hunting liqueur.
Inspired by the hunting theme, Gaetano used many different herbs in his recipe including Artemisia Absinthium (a herb usually found in Absinthe which derives its name from the Greek god of the hunt-Artemis).
Rotweisser is best enjoyed ice cold as a digestif, as an ice cold shot, in cocktails or mixed with an energy drink.
